How much do movers cost toronto for a one bedroom to a two bedroom

I’m moving from a small apartment near U of T to a bigger place downtown. I got a quote for $200, but I’m worried about hidden costs. Has anyone moved recently? What should I expect to pay for movers, including extra charges? I need to move in two weeks!
