Any thoughts on Parkdale housing right now?

I’ve been keeping an eye on Parkdale, but the rental prices seem sky-high lately. Anyone else feel like the vibe has changed with all the new condos popping up? I used to love the eclectic atmosphere, but it feels a bit less accessible these days. Is it still worth considering?
