Found a listing at 2 Greentree Crt, what's the local scene like?

I came across 2 Greentree Crt and I’m curious about how easy it is to get to places from there. Is there good access to the TTC? Also, what’s the walkability like around the area—are there parks or shops nearby? Just trying to get a feel for the surroundings!
