At 270 Donlands Ave, how easy is it to get to downtown via TTC?

I'm eyeing 270 Donlands Ave and curious about getting downtown quickly. How reliable is the TTC service around here, especially during rush hour? Also, are there any bike lanes nearby for easy access? Just trying to figure out my daily commute logistics.
