How much do movers cost toronto for last minute apartment move

I just found out my landlord is raising my rent by $400 in East York, and I need to move out ASAP. What can I expect to pay for same-day movers? I’m terrified they'll damage my piano, and I can't afford surprise fees on top of the move. Anyone have tips or recommendations?
