Moving from a 2 bedroom near yonge and eglinton any tips on costs?

I'm getting ready to move from my new build condo at Yonge and Eglinton, and I'm really unsure about how much movers usually charge for a 2-bedroom. Last time, I got hit with surprise fees and scratched floors. Any advice on how to avoid that and what a reasonable rate would be?
