Weird Lease Clauses – Is This Normal?

Hey everyone! I just signed a lease where the landlord wants to keep all my mail for 60 days after I move out. Is that standard? Also, any tips for coordinating a truck rental for the big day? I’m trying to figure out timing with my friends’ schedules. Thanks!
