How much do movers charge for a 2 bedroom in toronto these days

I’m moving from a 2-bedroom in Kensington Market to a new place further downtown, and I'm stressing about costs. Last time I used movers, it was $1,200 and they scratched my floors! Anyone know a ballpark for today’s rates, and do you think packing services are worth the extra cost?
