Is 4010 lawrence ave e good for daily commuting downtown?

I'm considering moving to 4010 Lawrence Ave E and I’m focused on transit. How's the bus access to get downtown or to the subway? Also, are there decent bike lanes around for easier travel? Looking for insights on daily commuting and walkability in the area!
