How much should i tip movers in toronto for a student apartment move

I'm moving into a one-bedroom near U of T next week and I'm unsure about tipping. I’ve heard that 15-20% is standard, but what does that look like for a $200 move? I don't want to be cheap, but I'm also on a student budget. What’s typical in Toronto?
