Found 45 gulliver rd, curious about local coffee shops and parks

I’m eyeing 45 Gulliver Rd and can’t help but wonder about the local coffee scene and green spaces nearby. Is there a nice park for walking or chilling? Also, how’s the walkability in the area? I’d love to have a few good spots within walking distance.
