How much do movers cost toronto for short notice one bedroom

Hey everyone, my lease ends in just two weeks and I'm starting to panic. I've called a few movers, but their quotes are all over the place—like $500 to $1,200. Is this normal for a one-bedroom near Spadina? Also, any ideas on where to find affordable storage if needed?
