Subletting in Kensington Market vs. Corktown

I'm torn between subletting in Kensington Market or Corktown. Both neighborhoods have unique vibes—Kensington is vibrant and eclectic, while Corktown offers a more laid-back atmosphere. Any thoughts on which area would be better for a short-term lease? Also, how's the subletting landscape in each?
