How much do movers cost toronto for a basement apartment with pets

I’m moving to a basement apartment in Parkdale next week, and it’s freaking me out! I've got three pets and I'm worried about both the moving costs and whether the place is safe and legal. Anyone know how much I should budget for movers in Toronto, especially with all my furry friends in tow?
