Is 65 halsey ave good for ttc access to dt toronto?

I'm considering moving to 65 Halsey Ave with a roommate. How's the TTC around there for getting downtown? I need to be near subway or streetcar lines for a quick commute. Also, are there bike lanes nearby for easy cycling options? Any insights would be awesome!
