How much to tip movers in toronto for a one bedroom condo move

I'm moving from my house in North York to a one-bedroom condo near the subway next month. I’ve heard mixed stories on how much to tip movers; is $20 per person reasonable, or should I consider more? I just want to make sure I’m fair but also sticking to my budget.
