How much do movers charge toronto for basement to high-rise move

I'm moving from a basement apartment in Parkdale to a condo in a couple of weeks, and I feel totally lost on costs. What’s the average hourly rate for movers in Toronto? I don't want to get ripped off, especially with all the extra fees I've heard about. Any recommendations or tips?
