Concerns About Unfair Deposit Retention

I've recently faced issues with my last month's rent deposit in Toronto. It seems like landlords are finding loopholes to hold onto our money longer than necessary. Has anyone else experienced unfair charges or delays in getting their deposits returned? This needs to change!
