Living at 2970 Jane St for quick access to downtown via TTC

I'm looking at 2970 Jane St and wondering how easy it is to get to downtown. Is there reliable subway or streetcar access nearby? Also curious if biking is a good option for commuting or if it's mostly busy streets. Any insights on daily transit experience would be appreciated!
