Is living with parents in Toronto really that common?

I'm feeling a bit embarrassed about living with my parents to save for rent in Toronto. I know it might be a smart option financially, but is it really that common? It feels like there should be other options out there, yet here I am, an adult at home, wondering if I'm alone in this.
