Frustration with Condo Rental Restrictions

Why are condo boards so strict? I'm tired of hearing about rental restrictions and bylaws that limit tenants' rights. It's frustrating to see rules that don't consider the needs of renters, like guest limitations and amenity restrictions. How can we promote fairness in our condo communities?
