Checking out 1778 bloor st w for easy access to downtown transit

I’m considering 1778 Bloor St W and want to know how easy it is to get downtown. I’ve heard about the subway and streetcars nearby, but is biking an option too? How’s the walk to transit hubs? Looking for a smooth daily commute to work by Union Station.
