How much do movers charge toronto for a winter move in 2024

I'm moving from a 1-bedroom in Forest Hill to a smaller unit downtown in February. I've heard Toronto winters can be tough on moving days, but I'm also concerned about costs. Anyone have insights on how much movers typically charge for winter moves? Any tips for dealing with the cold would help too!
