Is the Mississauga to Toronto commute worth it?

Considering moving to Mississauga and commuting to Toronto for work. Is the savings on rent worth the daily commute? I'd love to hear experiences on taking the GO Train to Toronto. How do you balance work-life with this setup? Are there any trade-offs to keep in mind?
