Living near 130 Tyndall Ave and TTC options for downtown trips

I’m considering a move to 130 Tyndall Ave and am curious about transit options for getting downtown. What’s the streetcar/bus frequency like during rush hour? Any nearby bike lanes for quick rides too? Trying to avoid car life as much as possible!
