510 Dawes Rd and getting to downtown: any tips for TTC routes?

I'm considering moving to 510 Dawes Rd and I'm curious about how easy it is to get downtown from there. What are the best TTC routes for commuting? Also, how's the walk to any nearby stops? I'm a big fan of biking too, so any info on bike lanes in the area would be great!
