Curious about transit options near 200 Chalkfarm Dr for daily commute

I’m eyeing 200 Chalkfarm Dr and I’m really curious about the transit access in the area. How easy is it to hop on the TTC from there? Also, is the walkability decent for running errands or grabbing a coffee nearby? Any local spots you’d recommend?
