Looking into transit options from 176 Berry Rd for downtown work

Hey folks, I'm considering moving to 176 Berry Rd and need to know how easy it is to get downtown for work. What’s the TTC like around there? Also, any bike lanes nearby for those days when I want to cycle instead? Appreciate any tips on the area’s walkability too!
