11 Gulliver Rd seems intriguing, but what's the local coffee scene?

I'm eyeing 11 Gulliver Rd for the potential move and curious about nearby coffee shops or cafes. Also, with the TTC access, how easy is it to get to downtown? Always good to know I'm not too far from great brews while on the go!
