4 Treewood St seems to have everything close by, but is it walkable?

Considering moving to 4 Treewood St and I noticed there's a lot of greenery around. I'm curious about how walkable the area is for grocery runs and what kind of local parks are nearby. Also, any insights on the TTC access would be great!
