2707 Yonge St caught my eye, but what’s the transit situation like?

I saw 2707 Yonge St and love the idea of living near Yonge and Eglinton. How easy is it to get around on the TTC from there? Also, are there any cool spots nearby for cafes or working remotely? I want a balance of convenience and a lively area for after work.
