Thinking about 42 gulliver rd for easy ttc access to downtown

I'm looking at 42 Gulliver Rd and wondering how easily I can hop on the TTC to get downtown. What's the bus/streetcar situation like around here? Anyone bike to Union Station or nearby? Trying to avoid any long waits or tricky transfers during rush hour.
