How much do movers cost for a 2 bedroom near yonge and eglinton

I'm moving from my first apartment, a 1-bedroom condo near Yonge and Eglinton, to a larger 2-bedroom in the same area. I got a quote of $600 for the move but just found out that the clock starts as soon as they arrive, which seems tricky. How much should I really expect to pay for this move?
