Why did two moving companies quotes differ by 400 dollars in toronto

Hey everyone, I'm moving from a small apartment in Brampton to downtown Toronto next month and got three quotes from local movers. One was $800 and the other two were around $400, which feels like a huge difference! How do you know which movers to trust to avoid getting ripped off?
