Looking at 135 Isabella St for easy transit to downtown offices

I'm considering 135 Isabella St for its proximity to downtown. How good is the TTC around there for commuting to the financial district? Also, any info on bike lanes or walking to the subway would be awesome. I'm looking for a smooth, transit-friendly experience.
