Curious about the neighborhood around 120 Maitland St in toronto

I’ve been diving into 120 Maitland St and love the look of the building! Can anyone share what the nearby food scene is like? Also, how’s the transit access from that area? I'm hoping to find a community feel but not sure about the character of the neighborhood.
