Considering 200 cosburn ave for easy subway access to downtown

Hey, I'm checking out 200 Cosburn Ave and I'm curious about how it feels for a downtown commute. How's the nearby TTC access for getting to Union Station? Also, are there decent bike lanes around for those days I want to cycle? Looking for some insights on the area’s walkability too!
