Honestly, 35 Greenbrae Crct is in such a lively pocket of East York! The walkability is fantastic with cafes, shops, and parks like Taylor Creek Trail just around the corner. Plus, it's super easy to hop on the TTC at the Eglinton station on the Crosstown line to get downtown in no time.
