1 Canyon Ave caught my eye, but is the transit really reliable?

I'm eyeing 1 Canyon Ave and it's super close to the subway, but honestly, I need some real talk about how the TTC runs in that area. Also, what's the walkability like? I love being out and about but hate walking forever to grab groceries. Any insights would help!
