Is 525 Markham Rd good for getting downtown quickly via TTC?

I'm considering a one-bedroom at 525 Markham Rd and need to know about TTC options for a daily commute to downtown. How close are the bus or streetcar stops? Also, are there bike lanes for those days I want to cycle? Any tips on overall transit convenience would be great!
