Another Rent Hike? Are You Kidding Me?

Seriously, another rent increase? How is anyone supposed to afford this?! My landlord just tried to raise the rent by $400 in a single year. It's unreal! And don’t even get me started on viewing places. I’ve seen 15 already, and every single one is gone within hours! This market is impossible!
