Iām eyeing 22 Walmer Rd and wondering how convenient it is for getting to downtown for work via TTC. I need to know about the closest subway stations and streetcar lines, especially for early morning and late-night commutes. Also, are there good bike lanes nearby? Would love to hear your thoughts!
