Stoked about 2202 Weston Rd but what’s nearby in terms of food?

I’ve got my eyes on 2202 Weston Rd and I’m curious about the local food scene. Any good spots within walking distance? I’m a huge fan of variety, and since it's near the TTC, I'm wondering if I can snag some great takeout or nice cafes nearby. Also, how is walkability around there?
