LTB Question - Need Help with T2/T6 Process

I’m feeling a bit overwhelmed with the LTB process, especially with filing T2/T6 forms. It’s all so confusing, but I’m determined to stand up for my rights as a tenant. Has anyone gone through a hearing? Any tips or insights on what to expect would be incredibly appreciated!
