Are rental bidding wars over in Toronto for 2025?

I'm curious about the current rental competition in Toronto. Are bidding wars still a thing, or has the market cooled down? Do landlords expect more than the listed rent now? What are the average rents for 1, 2, and 3 bedroom apartments in different areas? Any insights would be helpful!
