Just saw 377 ridelle ave and curious about local parks and amenities

I'm looking at 377 Ridelle Ave and noticed it's near some parks. How's the access to groceries and cafes in that area? Also, wondering about nearby TTC stops and how walkable the street is. Any insights would be super helpful for a newbie like me!
