Cheap movers toronto quotes vary by 400 dollars anyone else see this?

I'm downsizing from my 3-bedroom house near High Park to a small condo and got quotes from three movers that differ by nearly $400! How do I know which quote to trust? Should I go for the cheapest or is there a catch? Looking to move within the next month.
