How much do movers charge to move from toronto suburbs to downtown

So I've got a 2-bedroom rental in Riverdale and I'm moving back downtown since remote work is ending. Got quotes from movers ranging from $300 to $800, but now I'm stressed about my stuff fitting into a smaller place! Seriously, how do I even decide what to keep or toss?
