How's transit living at 2265 Victoria Park Ave for downtown trips

I'm considering a place at 2265 Victoria Park Ave and want to know how the TTC works for commuting downtown. Are there good bus or subway options nearby? Also, how's the bike lane situation for getting around if I opt for cycling sometimes?
