Tired of Noisy Neighbors Making Life Difficult

I've been dealing with constant noise from next door, and it's seriously affecting my peace. Thin walls make every little sound unbearable, and the street noise isn’t helping either. It feels like no one around here cares about keeping it down. I'm at my wits' end over here!
